2. Nature of Sessions

While Creative Pause sessions may be informed by experience in music education and ongoing training in music therapy, they are not clinical therapy sessions and should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Participants seeking professional therapeutic support should consult a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Participation

Creative Pause sessions are open to individuals who wish to explore creativity through music and art. No previous musical or artistic experience is required.

Participants are encouraged to take part in sessions at their own pace and in ways that feel comfortable for them.

4. Children’s Sessions

Children attending Creative Pause workshops must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Parents or guardians do not need to remain present during sessions, unless otherwise agreed.

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing any relevant information about their child that may support their participation in the session. This may include medical information, additional needs, allergies or any circumstances that may help ensure the child’s wellbeing during the session.

5. Booking and Payment

Bookings for Creative Pause sessions are confirmed once payment has been received.

Details regarding session availability, location and fees will be confirmed following enquiry or booking.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of booking, provided the session has not yet taken place.

After 14 days from the booking date, bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a session, please notify CreativePause as soon as possible. Where possible, it may be possible to transfer your place to a future session.

CreativePause reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
