Women’s Creative Circle

Perimenopause & Menopause

The Women’s Creative Circle is a welcoming space for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

This stage of life often brings change, reflection, and new questions about identity, creativity, and well-being. The circle offers a calm, supportive environment where music, art and creative expression provide an opportunity to pause, reconnect and explore new possibilities.

Sessions usually begin with gentle, calming piano music, creating a quiet moment to arrive, settle and transition into the space. From there, the group is invited to explore creative activities together in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.

No musical or artistic experience is needed, only curiosity and openness to creativity.

What the sessions may include

• Gentle piano improvisation and musical exploration
• Songwriting and reflective lyric writing
• Creative journaling and storytelling
• Visual art and expressive mark-making
• Shared creative reflection and conversation

Each session is designed to allow creativity to unfold naturally, with space for both individual expression and shared experience.

The Creative Pause circle offers

• A welcoming and understanding community of women
• Space to pause, reflect and reconnect with creativity
• Opportunities for expression through music, art and storytelling
• A calm and supportive studio environment
• Creative exploration without pressure or expectations

Many women find that the menopause transition opens the door to reflection, curiosity and new forms of creative expression. The Women’s Creative Circle offers a supportive space to explore this stage of life through creativity, shared experience and connection.

At its heart, the circle is about rediscovering creativity, creating space to explore ideas, express emotions and reconnect with the joy of making music and art alongside others.

Group work is held in person and online.
